All coaching sessions are held online via Zoom. You’ll receive a private link before each session. Between sessions, you can reach me through email or a shared message platform for check-ins or support.

Yes. You’re welcome to reach out by email or message if questions or challenges arise. I respond as soon as possible so you never feel unsupported between sessions.
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can find a new time that works. Consistency matters, but flexibility is always part of our work together.
