Please complete the intake at least 48 hours before your first session so I can understand your health history, goals, and priorities.
You do not need to book all sessions at once. Most clients schedule one session at a time.
The recommended frequency is one session every one to two weeks to allow time for integration and steady progress.
All sessions are held via Google Meet and run for 60 minutes. Please arrive on time and in a quiet, comfortable space.
